Who doesn't need a wonderful hand carved Crystal Quartz Pumpkin pendant? We loved the translucency of this stone and how it catches the light. This piece was carved and an 18k gold loop and bottom button complete this beautiful piece. You don't need anything else with this larger piece but are surely able to add charms to it.
